1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the international money transfer service operated by Fluxo Money. "Client" refers to any individual or entity using the Service. "Transfer" refers to any money movement initiated through the Service.

2. Service Description

Fluxo Money provides international money transfer services primarily between Angola, Portugal, the United Kingdom and other countries. Transfers are initiated through WhatsApp and processed through our banking network.

3. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide valid identification as requested
• Have a legitimate source of funds
• Not be listed on any international sanctions list
• Comply with all applicable laws

4. Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, we verify client identity. You may need to provide:

• Government-issued photo identification
• Proof of address (dated within 3 months)
• Source of funds documentation for larger transfers

5. Exchange Rates

Rates are provided at the time of each request and may change. The confirmed rate at the time of authorisation is applied. No hidden markups — quoted rate is the applied rate.

6. Fees & Charges

Service fees depend on amount, corridor and payment method. All fees are communicated before authorisation. Third-party bank charges are the Client's responsibility.

7. Processing Times

• Same corridor: 1–4 hours during business hours
• Cross-border: 1–3 business days
• Weekends/holidays: May be delayed to next business day

8. Transfer Limits

Limits apply based on regulatory requirements and verification status. Higher limits available for fully verified clients.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• Not yet processed: full refund
• In progress: refund minus costs incurred
• Completed: recovery attempted but not guaranteed

10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

We maintain robust AML policies including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, and regulatory record keeping. We may refuse, delay or reverse suspicious transactions.

11. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate information
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Verify recipient details before authorising
• Report unauthorised use immediately

12. Limitation of Liability

Fluxo Money is not liable for losses from incorrect client information, third-party delays, force majeure, or unauthorised channel access. Total liability shall not exceed the transfer amount.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, used solely for service delivery and legal compliance. Data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption. We do not sell personal information.

14. Communication

Primary channel is WhatsApp. By using the Service, you consent to receiving communications including confirmations and rate updates. Email: fluxosmoney@gmail.com.

15. Complaints

Contact us via WhatsApp or email. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 5 business days.

16. Intellectual Property

All Fluxo Money content, branding and materials are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.

17. Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time. Changes are communicated through our website and WhatsApp. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or submission to competent courts.
